fmcgProducts has been upgraded to GS1 3.1.31 on May 24

GS1 worldwide is upgraded in the weekend of May 24-25 to release 3.1.31.

This release is a 'Large' release and consists of field, code list and rule changes.

 

fmcgProducts will be upgraded accordingly to GS1 3.1.31.

General:

  • New keyword values across multiple keyword lists
  • The following keywords are deleted with this release:
    DispenserTypeCode TUBE (Not used in fmcgProducts)
    ImportClassificationTypeCode INTRASTAT_COMBINED_NOMENCLATURE (Field D8254)
    SustainabilityFeatureCode MADE_FROM_RECYCLED_MATERIAL (Field D1717)
    SustainabilityFeatureCode MADE_FROM_RENEWABLE_MATERIAL (Field D1717)
    SustainabilityFeatureCode MADE_WITH_100_PERCENT_RENEWABLE_WIND_POWER (Field D1717)

  • Updated GPC codes (November 2024 definition)
  • New attributes for information about Carbon Footprint (sustainabilityModule/carbonFootprintHeader). Fields will be added to fmcgProducts.

General migration

  • Migration of sustainability feature codes: use Claim Type Code D5317 with proper "made with" value and set Claim Element Code D5318 to the proper recycled material. Values in fmcgProducts will be migrated as part of the release.

Denmark:

  • New Danish rules for Medical devices (GPC code 10005844)
  • Minor change to EUDR rule 200.182 and 200.183 to allow 'Not relevant' for HS-code 4402

Sweden:

  • New fields T4402, T3780, T4403, T4404, T3780, T4412, T4413, T4405, T4406 and T4407. Fields will be added to fmcgProducts on demand

Finland:

  • New attributes for alcohol (Drinking Maturity End Year, Drinking Maturity Start Year, Bitterness Of Beer Measurement, BeerStyleCode, Alcohol Beverage Filtering Method Type Code and Alcohol Beverage Distilled From Code). Fields will be added to fmcgProducts on demand

Norway:

No impact on Tradesolution EPD.
