An Excel profile defines a range of fields from fmcgProducts that you want to extract into Excel.
fmcgProducts comes with a set of standard Excel profiles.
You can edit existing profiles or create new ones under
"Settings" - "Excel Export Profiles" (1):
Click on the profile name (1) to edit an existing profile or click on "New Profile" (2) to create a new one.
Editing an existing profile:
Click on a profile and then select "Edit Profile".
Important!
D8165 (GTIN) and D8255 (Target Market) are the unique key and must always be selected in the field list with D8165 in the first row and D8255 in the second row if you wish to later import your Excel sheet with new product unit creations or for updating existing product units.
In the field list, you can specify GS1 fields (DXXXX), Custom fields (EXXXX), and System fields (XXXXX).
If you omit D8255, fmcgProducts will set D8255 as default 208 (Denmark) upon import.
Creating a new profile:
Click on "New Profile", fill in "Profile Name" and "Description", and specify the fields to be included in the export profile.
Click "Save" to save the new profile. The new export profile will appear in the "Excel" menu (1) the next time you log out/in of fmcgProducts.
