For fmcgProducts customers who have chosen automatic submission to GS1/Tradesolution EPD/DABAS, it is now possible to schedule when the product hierarchy should be sent to GS1/Tradesolution EPD/DABAS.
This allows changes that are to take effect in the future and new product launches to be completed in fmcgProducts, while the actual submission can be scheduled using the new field X9001 "Send to GS1 on this date" (1).
If you attempt to send to GS1/Tradesolution/Dabas manually and X9001 is filled in, you will not be allowed to send to GS1/Tradesolution/Dabas unless the date in X9001 is today's date or earlier (2).
X9001 is now also included in the "Pending submission" overview, so you can easily see which products will be submitted in the future.
