At the top of the product sheet, there is a row of status lights.
The first is the GS1 light, which indicates whether the product is correctly filled out and ready for GS1 submission.
The product is not ready for GS1, as there are either fields that need to be filled in or are filled in incorrectly. Press the button for more information on which fields are affected.
The product is ready for GS1 submission. All GS1 fields are filled in correctly, and the product is ready for submission.
The next light indicates whether the product is uploaded to GS1 and what status the product has:
The product is awaiting submission (new product or an existing product that has been amended)
Sent to GS1 and awaiting confirmation/response
When the button lights up green, the product is uploaded to GS1
The product is rejected by GS1. Press the button for further information
The next light indicates whether the product is correctly filled out according to EU1169/2011. Note that which fields need to be filled out depends on the industry.

It is possible to define your own fields in the system, for example, for categorisation or fields that are synchronised with the ERP system. These are shown in Own.
