There are three options: Global, Market and Partner.
They control how values for the same GTIN are handled across target markets within the same GLN (and data pool).
Global field values are shared across the same GTIN.
Market field values can be unique for each target market.
Partner dependent field values can have different values for each data recipient (partner).
