The fields list holds every field definition: GS1 fields, EPD fields, and your own fields. Each row is one definition. Open a row to edit it.
The same field id can appear on more than one row when the target market differs. A blank target market applies to every market. A target market of * also applies to every market.
- Open Setup, then Fields.
- Use Search the view to find a field by name or field id.
- Use the dropdown in a column heading, such as Category, Group, or Table, to show rows with that value.
- To see the fields for one market, choose that market code in Target market. 208 is Denmark.
That choice shows every row that applies to the market:
- Rows that include the market code. A row can list more than one code.
- Rows with a blank target market.
- Rows with target market *.
When the same field id has both a row that applies to every market and a row for the market you chose, the list shows the row for that market.
Clear Target market to show every row again, including both rows for the same field id.
Choose * in Target market to show only rows whose target market is *.
