How to add an icon to a field

You can add an icon next to a GS1 field, an EPD field, or an own field. The colour and the help text are optional.

  1. Open Setup, then Fields.
  2. Open the field and choose Edit.
  3. Under Custom, find Own icon.
  4. Choose an icon. The list is Font Awesome 4.
  5. Set Color if you want a colour. Leave it empty to keep the normal icon colour.
  6. Fill in Help text English, Help text Danish, or both.
  7. Choose Save.

The icon is shown next to the field name on the product. Point at the icon to read the help text for your language.
