Dear Customer
In GS1 Trade Sync, there is a check that if "Preparation Type" D8191 is filled in, then "Preparation Instructions" D8189 must also be completed.
We have found that in the reverse situation - where "Preparation Instructions" D8189 is filled in and "Preparation Type" D8191 is NOT filled in - data reception fails at GS1 Trade Sync.
We have been in dialogue with GS1 and expect that GS1 will introduce a new rule in the Danish Wholesalers' Data Sheet, ensuring that both fields are completed.
We have already implemented the rule in fmcgProducts that both fields must be filled in if one of the fields is completed.
In the coming days, we will resend the products involved, and as a customer, you do not need to take any action.
The only visible change in fmcgProducts will be that the green GS1 icon in fmcgProducts will show a more recent date for dispatch to GS1.
Kind regards
