Denmark:

The next update of GS1Trade Sync, version 3.1.35, will be implemented on 16 May 2026. GDSN release 3.1.35 introduces a number of updates aimed at improving data quality and ensuring compliance with business and regulatory requirements.
Changes in this release includes:
- Validation rules to ensure aligned Customs Classification values when more than one value/type of classification is used.
- Updated validation rule to ensure that gross weight cannot be smaller than net content if this is given as weight.
- Final validations to align with requirements for Vitamins/Minerals/Nutritional Supplements, Meal Replacements and Total Diet Replacements.
- Warnings to help medical device suppliers comply with ECHO.
- Warning for honey to state specific provenance information and percentages.
- Updated validation rules for Single Use Plastic product groups.
- Various new code values and updates. Do not use DELETE marked values.
Other updates:
- The option to specify Producer Responsibility Organisation for base units in field D2174 will be changed to a mandatory field.
- Provenance statement (DK id 856) has been added as D1327
Sweden:

Change from the data pool on May 8:
We would like to inform you that the attribute T4492 Packaging type description will not be included in the upcoming release.
The decision has been made to ensure a stable and long-term solution, and we will address it in a future release.
We apologize that this information comes so close to the planned implementation.
New rule 730712 added that impacts Swedish consumer units: import classification type and value must be added for consumer units.
"If Is trade Item a consumer unit (T4037) equals 'true' then at least one iteration of Import classification type code (T3849) SHALL be equal to ('HARMONIZED_COMMODITY_DESCRIPTION_AND_CODING_SYSTEM', 'TARIF_INTEGRE_DE_LA_COMMUNAUTE', 'CUSTOMS_TARIFF_NUMBER' or 'INTRASTAT')."
