We have improved the options for editing grid fields. It is now possible to reorder rows and insert rows in between existing rows directly in the UI with no need to use Excel export and import.
Nutrition, allergens, packaging and similar repeating data are grids. You can change the rows on the product. You do not have to export to Excel.
- Open the product and choose Edit.
- On the right of the grid:
- Plus on the last row, or in the heading, adds an empty row at the bottom.
- Plus on any other row inserts an empty row directly under that row.
- Up and Down move the row.
- Minus removes the row. If it is the only row, the values are cleared and the row stays.
- Choose Save. The order is stored when you save.
Up and down are hidden on a grid whose order is set by the system.
The button that adds the common nutritional values does not add a second row for a nutrient that is already there. See New Features in fmcgProducts: Add Most Common Nutritional Values, View Excel Log.
