Withdraw from the top unit: the pallet, display or case that has no unit above it. This removes the hierarchy from the data recipients now. The products stay in fmcgProducts and can be found in the Withdrawn overview.
- Open the top unit and leave edit mode. The menu item is hidden while you are editing, and it is not available on an older version of the product.
- Open the menu (the button with three lines) and choose the withdrawal item. On a Norwegian product the same menu item refers to Tradesolution EPD.
- The dialogue shows the hierarchy. Validation messages are listed on a unit that fails validation. You can still send the withdrawal when a unit has errors.
- Choose Send withdrawal on the top unit. The button is only on the top unit. Done means fmcgProducts has sent the withdrawal.
The menu item is grey when sending is turned off for that target market, or when the hierarchy is already withdrawn.
