In fmcgProducts, you can choose to operate in Danish or English. For this reason, keywords in fmcgProducts are stored in both a Danish and an English version.
All keywords contain a "Display Value" which is shown depending on whether you are operating in Danish or English, as well as a unique "system value" which is stored in the database regardless of the language chosen. The character "|" is used in the keyword list to separate the "Display Value" from the stored "system value".
Example of a keyword indicating product type:
Danish version: Færdigvarer|FINISHED_GOODS
English version: Finished Goods|FINISHED_GOODS
The value to the left of the "|" character is the "Display Value" shown to the user, while the value to the right of the "|" character is the value stored in the database.
In the example, the value "FINISHED_GOODS" is always stored in fmcgProducts, and "Færdigvarer/Finished Goods" is displayed to the user depending on whether the Danish or English user interface is selected in the settings.
The easiest way to identify the name of the keyword you wish to maintain is via the field list.
Select "Settings" - "Fields":
Search for the field number in the search bar (in this example "custom field" E8211 Brand), and click to open the field document.
Locate the "Keywords" field, and click on "GFBrands":
The document for the keyword now opens:
Click "edit" and under "Custom Added Values" you can maintain existing keywords and add new keywords. (example: new keyword "fmcgPeanuts" is added):
Click "Save" when you have finished maintaining the keyword list.
