Preparation state (D8173) is the state the nutrition refers to.
Choose Product as sold for a product sold as it is. The stored keyword is UNPREPARED.
Choose After preparation only when the pack states the nutritional content after the product has been prepared. The stored keyword is PREPARED.
In Excel the keywords remain PREPARED and UNPREPARED.
