Open the product, choose Edit, and go to the nutrition grid.
- Choose Add the most common nutritional values. It adds a row for each of those nutrients that is not already on the grid, so a second click does not add a duplicate. See Common nutritional values and the Excel import log.
- Enter the amounts. Use a comma for decimals. A full stop is rejected. See Should a full stop or comma be used for decimal numbers (for example, in nutritional calculations)?.
- Choose Save.
A prepared nutrition grid has its own button. Preparation state is a different choice. See Preparation state: product as sold or after preparation.
To insert, move or remove a row, use the buttons on the grid. See New and easier ways to handle rows in a grid!.
