Open the product, choose Edit, and go to the nutrition grid.
- Choose the button that adds the most common nutritional values. It adds a row for each of those nutrients that is not already on the grid, so a second click does not add a duplicate. See New Features in fmcgProducts: Add Most Common Nutritional Values, View Excel Log.
- Enter the amounts.
- Choose Save.
A prepared nutrition grid has its own button. Preparation state is a different choice. See Preparation Type (Prepared or Unprepared) Can Be Misunderstood!.

How many decimals to enter: Option to Control Number of Decimals in Nutritional Content Not Specified in Accordance with the Danish Veterinary and Food Administration or the Swedish National Food Agency Regulations.
